I started my saga back in 2003 and, out of curiosity, I decided to compile a list all lawsuits that exist against Axcel Books and its partners, Ricardo Reinprecht and Gisella Narcisi Reinprecht.
I am not exaggerating when I say that it was a multi-million dollar scam: I was able to locate 40 lawsuits against them, with 28 of them for unpaid taxes (for a total of almost R$ 6 million) and lawsuits filed by the main Brazilian banks (Santander, Unibanco, Itaú, Bradesco, and HSBC; I was unable to discover the total amount asked in those lawsuits), proving what I said before: they raised money through fraudlent loans in order to flee the country and live as fugitives. If this happened in the US, it would be a good candidate for an episode of the American Greed TV show. The updated amount of debt they have with me, as of 2021, is around R$ 10 million.
Below I list all lawsuits that I was able to locate to date; it is possible that there are more. With that, I hope to help others that are in the same situation. If you have filed or know about a lawsuit that is not listed below, please contact me that I will gladly add it to the list.
